• University degree in Naval Architecture/Mechanical Engineering
• Good technical understanding
• Excellent command of English language
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to maintain deadlines
• Completed military obligations (where applicable)
• 5 years at least of work experience
